THE COUNCIL
The Institute of Banking and Finance of Trinidad and Tobago (IBAF) is managed by a Council and a full-time Secretariat. The Council comprises representatives of the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago, local Commercial Banks and a representative of the University of the West Indies. The Secretariat oversees the smooth operation of the IBAF and its daily business.
